I have horrible hair, i need ideas! (guy)?

i have light brown short 2" brown hair, straight as sticks i dont want to cut it but i need a new hairstyle, for some reason i can only ever get the "spiked up at front" hairdo right, but im sooo sick of it now it makes me wanna throw up when i look in the mirror(thought of "braiding" but hair too short??) , i need other hairstyle ideas you might think would look good, if you find a pic of the hairstyle your explaining plz post thanks so much!!!!

why dont you just spike it all in acrazy kinda look so its not perfect spikes but its going in all types of directions if regular gel doesnt hold it you can also blow dry your hair after oyu put the gel in so that it stays the way you want it to, if you dont like the gel and need some type of hair glue which is also like gel go to a salon at the mall and buy "Spiker by Joico" its 12.95 a tube or so but works perfect water proof n all!!

you could do a military style cut, thats always a hit or just shave it all. how are you spiking your hair are you using a comb or your fingers, you may also be using to much gel which would way it down also......

Either wear your hair longer or shave it short like Keanu Reeves in "Speed".
